I opened my first Bikram yoga studio in Kansas City, in 2007. That business closed in 2019. After several years of being closed due to the pandemic, my studio reopened in 2024. With a new name and location, I am very happy to be back in business in midtown. I have rebranded to Solful Sinclair Wellness LLC. AKA Solful Hot Yoga KC

Original Hot Yoga/Bikram Yoga 90 minutes is a set series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room of 105 degrees. Created to be challenging and intense for what we think of yoga. The standing series moves quicker for the cardio workout. When practicing in the heated room please listen to your body, taking it easy and breaks when needed. The floor series is more of what we think a traditional Hatha yoga class is. This method has proven its self to work since it came to the U.S. in the 70's. This class is 90 minutes and is suitable for all ages with any health condition.
My classes offered are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice in.
